Q. Do I have to be a trade customer to order from you?
A. Yes, we only sell to trade customers.
Q. Do I need to be VAT registered to buy from you?
A. No, you do not need a VAT registration number or company number to purchase goods from us.
Q. I’m starting a business and need to get stock but I’m not officially trading yet can I still purchase from you?
A. Yes, if you are just starting out we understand and we will give you any help you require.
Q. What is the minimum order value?
A. We do not have a minimum order value, however, there will be a shipping charge for orders below £130 ex vat.
Q. How much will my shipping charges be?
A. Shipping is free for orders over £130 ex vat. Otherwise the charge will be £8.51 ex vat. Applies to mainland UK ONLY.
Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. All prices shown are excluding VAT, this will be added at checkout.
Q. How secure will my payment transaction be?
A. We use SagePay to process all transactions and your details are 100% secure.
Q. Can I pay by cheque?
A. Yes, please choose ‘cheque’ as your payment option at checkout. Print off a copy of your order and post to us along with your cheque. Once the funds have cleared into our account we can ship your goods.
Q. We are a school and cannot pay via credit/debit card what do I do?
A. We are happy to accept school cheques and will despatch goods as soon as the cheque arrives. You may also like to pay via BACS, we can supply our bank details on request.
Q. If I place my order when can I expect my goods to arrive?
A. Orders placed before noon Monday – Thursday should expect delivery the following day.
Q. At what price should I sell the products I buy from you?
A. As a guide each of our products show a suggested retail price which includes vat at the applicable rate.
Q. I have placed an order but it will not allow me to pay for it, why?
A. If you are outside the UK then the payment option is disabled.
Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. Yes, we can arrange for your goods to be despatched abroad, at checkout choose ‘quotation’ and we will email you with the shipping costs, alternatively, you can arrange your own shipper.
Q. I live in Northern Ireland can you ship to me & how much would it cost?
A. Yes we can, just choose ‘quotation’ at checkout and we will email you with expected delivery charges. Charges are based on the number of parcels or pallets in your consignment.
Q. Can you supply goods VAT free?
A. If your business is outside the UK but within the EU and you are VAT registered we can supply goods VAT free. If you are outside the EU then goods will be VAT free, however, we would require shipping documentation.
