Things such exercising, dancing and getting that energy going will help curb your anger. Deep breathing helps you refocus your mind. It sounds too easy but your mother’s advice to “take a deep breath” really does work. Thinking positive thoughts is very helpful as well. You could give them a second chance by having a one on one conversation, and asking question to determine why they do this to you. Explain to them that it needs to stop, or you will have nothing to do with that person.
