Most people when the here of a Network Marketing company they automatically think of Pyramid Scheme. But the truth is that they are legitimate business opportunities and often lucrative to those who work at it. The industry is highly regulated and has changed over the past couple of decades. Sure twenty years ago there were pyramid Schemes but those have been shut down and prosecuted. The fact is that today how can a new company bring a product to market in the age of DVR’s and Tivo, television commercials viewership has plummeted and newspapers are struggling to stay alive.

The future of business is word of mouth advertising if you look around many well named companies offer MLM programs and pay you to refer people to their product, in fact my bank will give you $25 dollars for any new customer you refer the tan spa will give you a free tan for a referral. That is exactly what Multi Level Marketing is about companies paying you for promoting their product or service.

The brick and mortar manufacturing companies are going away and never before has it been so hard to find employment in America. This will change our economy and Network Marketing will become the way many Americans support their family. It is predicted that in this changing economy we will see a shift and our goods will start to be sold to China through MLM.
