When I first started out to learn how to make money online, I have to overcome many difficulties before seeing my first profit. Therefore I would like to share with all readers here my experiences so that they can benefit from my experiences if they are starting out to find ways to earn some money online.
Initially, when I first mentioned the idea of making money from home online to my close friends and family members, all of them just looked at me with some kind of look and thought that I am crazy enough to want to try that. I have a steady job earning quite a good income and why should I look for another totally different career online which most people do not even think about it? This is the first obstacle I met when I came online. People objected my idea of this online opportunity. However, I persisted and just stick to my mind and go ahead doing it, of course only part time while still holding my full time job.
The online path is of course never easy and it really takes lots of hard work and time. You also need to read a lot and do a lot of testing to find out what works for you. The biggest mistake I made at the beginning is not staying focus. I jump from one thing to another without focusing and this can easily cause you distracted and not mastering in anything. Therefore, staying focus and doing one thing at a time is what you should do when you started online. What I did is that I started my first website on 13 Feb 2007 and start building the website slowly with content. I started with Google adsense as the first program to monetized with my traffic and use purely article marketing to drive traffic to my site as the only source of traffic. If you check my profile, you will know that I have submitted more than 3000 articles until now (March 2010) and will continue doing so as the main source of traffic to all my websites.
From the above short write up, my only advise for people who wanted to succeed online in making money from home is, if you are determined to do something, be firm with your decision and do not let other people affect you. Your mindset is very important in order for you to succeed. Of course you need to put in lots of actions and efforts. The path may not be easy, but with persistence and hard work, you can definitely be able to make it, including making an income online. Secondly, when you put into actions, always stay focused and do one thing at a time and succeed before moving on to the next task.
