This was just what I needed sense I like to remember what I can do right when thinks are going wrong anyway. For me this just puts things into perspective, its great for keeping focused and knowing things will be better once I get this roadblock out of the way.
Potential
Imagine this write down for boxes on A piece of paper. The box on the upper left has the letter P, standing for potential. A useful thing to note when dealing with potential don’t think about what other people are doing or the money they make or how they started in A better position then you. Comparing your potential to others is potentially bad. Making you feel smaller then you are. It lowers your self-esteem and is A waste of time.
Action
Potential leads to actions, write an a in the upper right box and an arrow from potential to actions. Its what you do in your day that makes the bottom right box. From your actions you get results.
Results
Write an R in the box. Your results determine your belief.
Belief
Belief effects your potential.
In closing
This exercise will let you know what step you are doing wrong. You would be surprised how this simple exercise keeps you focused. How knowing the working of something keeps your mind from straying.
